It is recommended to wash the polycarbonate mould at a maximum temperature of 50/55°C. Do not use aggressive detergents and rough sponges as they may impair the gloss of the mould surface.
The use in a dishwasher is not recommended however can be used aslong as it does not exceed the maximum temperature.
In order to keep the mould flat over time, we also recommend storing it on special containers in a perfectly flat position, away from heat sources.

An order made via nicolaas ("order") is an offer to purchase one or more products. When we receive a valid order from you, we will accept this offer by confirming via email that we have received and are processing the order.
We will deliver the products set out in your order ("products") almost anywhere in New Zealand. Delivery is made by courier. We can accept orders internationally however the delivery charge will differ depending on the location of country and will be confirmed on the order being placed.
We aim to have your order delivered within 3-5 working days of us confirming receipt of the order, although this timeframe is an estimate only. If we expect a delay with your order, we will make contact with you and offer you the right for a refund.
The delivery charge is $7.00 (within New Zealand).
Please provide a physical delivery address to allow our courier to deliver to you. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If for any reason there is an issue with your order we will contact you to provide and update and alternative options.
