They can be used for preparations that do not exceed 55 °C, which is why we recommend they do not be used in the oven.
How should I wash my cookie mould?
The mould can be washed in the dishwasher or by hand (avoid aggressive detergents and abrasive sponges).
What material are cookie moulds made of?
Your Cookie Cutter mould is made of PETG. This material used is tested in accordance with the Food Standards Agency (FDA) and conform with European Union (EU) standards so you can be confident the mould is safe for food use.
Common sense
Sharp objects are not to be used with the mould as this may pierce/damage the mould.

An order made via nicolaas ("order") is an offer to purchase one or more products. When we receive a valid order from you, we will accept this offer by confirming via email that we have received and are processing the order.
We will deliver the products set out in your order ("products") almost anywhere in New Zealand. Delivery is made by courier. We can accept orders internationally however the delivery charge will differ depending on the location of country and will be confirmed on the order being placed.
We aim to have your order delivered within 3-5 working days of us confirming receipt of the order, although this timeframe is an estimate only. If we expect a delay with your order, we will make contact with you and offer you the right for a refund.
The delivery charge is $7.00 (within New Zealand).
Please provide a physical delivery address to allow our courier to deliver to you. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If for any reason there is an issue with your order we will contact you to provide and update and alternative options.
