Is my potholder waterproof?
Yes, one of the many benefits of silicone is that it allows for your potholder to be waterproof.
How do I clean my potholder?
The potholder can go straight into the dishwasher after use. We recommend that you do not use aggressive cleaners, brighteners or perfumers while washing gloves in the dishwasher. This may cause a white patina to surface on the potholder. If this does occur, simply place in the oven for about one hour at a temperature of 200C°
Common Sense
Sharp objects are not to be used with the potholder as this may pierce/damage the potholder.
Not suitable for open flames. Be careful around open flames as this may cause the glove to melt.

An order made via nicolaas ("order") is an offer to purchase one or more products. When we receive a valid order from you, we will accept this offer by confirming via email that we have received and are processing the order.
We will deliver the products set out in your order ("products") almost anywhere in New Zealand. Delivery is made by courier. We can accept orders internationally however the delivery charge will differ depending on the location of country and will be confirmed on the order being placed.
We aim to have your order delivered within 3-5 working days of us confirming receipt of the order, although this timeframe is an estimate only. If we expect a delay with your order, we will make contact with you and offer you the right for a refund.
The delivery charge is $7.00 (within New Zealand).
Please provide a physical delivery address to allow our courier to deliver to you. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If for any reason there is an issue with your order we will contact you to provide and update and alternative options.
