Prova Gourmet Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Paste combines strong vanilla intensity with a smooth, spoonable texture. It can be added directly to preparations without prior infusion and is especially well suited to ice cream, custards, mousses, sponge cakes, biscuits and ganache.

Ingredients: Cane sugar syrup (water, sugar), glycerine (E422), water, flavouring preparation (vanilla extract), exhausted vanilla seeds, xanthan gum (E415).

Recommended dosage: 20g per kg of preparation (2%).
