Dutch Oven Care
Before cleaning your COMBEKK Dutch pan allow to cool down slowly. Never plunge in cold water! Once it's cooled down, wash it by hand (using only a nylon scourer if necessary) and a mild detergent. You can leave baked-on food to soak in warm water. Dry the pan thoroughly and rub a drop of oil around the inside to keep the enamel in good condition. Store in a dry place.
